Varietal Composition: Merlot 90% & Robola Noir 10%.
Harvest: First fortnight of September.
Winemaking: Pre-fermentation kryoekchylisi 7 days at a constant temperature of 10C and then vinification in temperature 25C for 25 days. Stay in new French oak barrels for 12 months by lees. Stay in the bottle for 12 months before release onto the market.
Appearance: Vivid ruby color with violet hues.
Aromatic Potential: Handsome combination of red fruits like cherry, blackberry and plum, harmonized perfectly on a background of vanilla and spice notes.
Tasting notes: Rich flavor with a strong sense of red fruits that blend perfectly balanced presence in the barrel. A nice wine with rich features, complexity and soft tannins. Long and pleasant aftertaste.
Served at: 18C.

Ageing: For 8 years after harvest.
