The winery is housed in a space of 90 sqm and is equipped with the total production of 15,000 liters. It is a relatively small production unit as it also aims to highlight the specific characteristics of each variety. The non-industrialized production unit enables us to keep in touch with every bottle we produce and what makes it unique, because each bottle bottled and dressed by hand. Through a combination of traditional and modern management mode feedstock produce distinctive wines that have as a goal, to become ambassadors of the winemaking traditions of the island of Corfu, inside and outside Greece
